LMTV Esports is calling all talented players and dedicated coaches to join our growing family! We're actively seeking passionate individuals to bolster our Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB), Honor of Kings (HOK), and PUBG Mobile teams for upcoming small online tournaments.

Who We're Looking For:

For Players (MLBB, HOK, PUBG Mobile):

 * Skill & Game Sense: Demonstrated high-level gameplay in your chosen title.

 * Teamwork & Communication: Ability to communicate effectively and coordinate with teammates.

 * Dedication & Discipline: Commitment to regular practice, scrims, and self-improvement.

 * Positive Attitude: A desire to learn, grow, and maintain a respectful and sportsmanlike conduct.

 * Tournament Experience (a plus): Prior experience in online tournaments, even small ones, is a bonus.

For Coaches (MLBB, HOK, PUBG Mobile):

 * In-depth Game Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of game mechanics, strategies, and meta shifts for your designated title.

 * Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze gameplay, identify strengths and weaknesses, and develop effective training regimens.

 * Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate, guide, and provide constructive feedback to players.

 * Experience (preferred): Prior coaching experience in esports or traditional sports is highly valued.

 * Dedication: Willingness to invest time and effort into team development and strategy.
